As soon as they are dispersed through the rental platform. We will send you an invoice for our fees at the end of the month.
The guest does. There is a cleaning fee included on each booking. When the payout is dispersed from the rental platform, you will initial receive that payment. We will receive a bill for this service at the end of the month, however.
